Kannada superstar Yash is a sensation all over the country and fans love him unconditionally. Yash is addicted to a strict diet plan. After his training session, Yash consumes breakfast which includes heavy carbs. He has a big bowl of nutmeg with nuts, five slices of brown bread, eight egg white parts with vegetables and a little watermelon or papaya. At 11 a.m. he consumes protein shakes and fruits.

Yash loves to eat fish and that’s where he gets all his proteins. He gets snacks in the evening in which there are four slices of brown bread and four bananas before going for his second workout.
His dinner is light but is full of protein.
