For most of us, our everyday lives involve quite a period of time spent in the kitchen, and in my knowledge, having a trick or tip up my sleeve that can recoup me a little bit of time or effort in the kitchen can be hugely citing.

1. MEAL PLAN.
This is by far the most helpful way I have maximized the time I do spend in the kitchen and improved efficiency. I used this monthly calendar overview to meal plan, so I can see a month cooking planning time table at a time. Feast planning saves me all the time I used to waste looking in cupboards and rooting through our refrigerator to figure out what to cook for dinner. Now I have a meal plan, I already know what I want to collect, how I’m going to cook it, and approximately how long it will take me.

2. PEEL GARLIC IN A FLASH.

Washing and then cutting all the veggies for lunches, dividing up the meat into freezer bags, freezing fruit for smoothies, and mostly organizing our fridge are all parts of my food prep process. Food prep does surprises when it comes to walking quickly through the kitchen during the week.

4. PEELING EGGS.
To easily peel a hard-boiled egg all you need is to make a small hole on the shell of an egg with a pushpin before leaving it into boiling water.

5. MOISTEN YOUR POULTRY.
Chicken and turkey are renowned for being dry meats when cooked wrongly. Prior to settling the bird in the oven, baste the meat with a mixture of oil and herbs, and sprinkle this evenly onto the top of the bird. Midway through the cooking time, rotate the meat over this will assure all of the juices run evenly through for a well-cooked and tasty main dish.

6. FRESHEN UP YOUR KITCHEN.
After cuisine, there are lots of smells left in the kitchen that can grow to be quite awful. To assure your home is full of fresh Aroma and pleasant air, cut a lemon into four portions, and pour some salt inside it. Then leave it onto a dish and let it remain like this for a couple of hours. To cool the bottle as soon as possible, wrap it in wet paper or towels and put it in the freezer for 11 minutes. Don’t forget to put on a timer, otherwise the bottle could break down. Then whack the champagne, and you are good to go.

8. USE THE SLOW COOKER.
This slow cooker has saved me so much energy and time. During postpartum recovery and pregnancy, the slow cooker is a lifesaver. I use one that has a digital programmer so you can fix it for any amount of time up to 24hr and then it automatically goes to heat up.

9. BATCH COOKING.
This is something that is so easy but makes life so much simpler. When you do cook, double or triple the assortment. You can even do all your cooking on one day using this technique.
