If you are someone who loves spicy food and are a fan of Kolhapuri misal pav, we have a recipe that is really easy to make that you can try at home with simple easy steps.

Ingredients
2 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 cup bean sprouts
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
¼ spoon hing
½ teaspoon red chili powder
2 green chillies
some curry leaves
salt to taste
2 tablespoon Kolhapuri masala
A small bowl of roasted peanuts
2 tbsp dry shredded coconut
2 medium-sized chopped onions
1 finely chopped tomato
1 teaspoon tamarind paste
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
1 tbsp Turmeric powder

Step 1
In a pan dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, shredded coconut, black pepper, sesame seeds, with the Kolhapuri masala. Once it’s all roasted and cooled down, add them to a grinder and grind them into a fine powder.
Step 2
In the same pan, add some oil, and once it is heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, and curry leaves. To this, add your chopped onion and mix it all well until the onion turns golden brown. Then you can add your green chillis, turmeric powder, peanuts, red chili powder, salt, and Kolhapuri masala. Mix all of this really well and add 6 cups of water and leave it to cook on a medium flame for about 7 minutes.
Step 3
Once this gets a boil keep adding your grinded masala from earlier and keep it to cook on low flame for 2 minutes and your spicy Kolhapuri misal is ready.
Step 4
You can add finely chopped onion, coriander, and some lemon juice. Serve it hot with some pav.
