Cut bitter gourd into pieces, rinse and soak in tamarind juice for at least 30 minutes. Also, you can cut bitter gourd into thinner pieces, remove all seeds and leave it for few minutes. Squeeze out all the juice and rinse. Fry them until they are light brown. This recipe of bitter gourd is having good taste.

Also, you can boil bitter gourd for few minutes in salt water and after that drop them in cold water. It will help remove bitterness and prepare a dish using this bitter gourd will be better to consume.

While preparing a dish of bitter gourd, you can add jaggery.
