You have made chicken strips of boneless chicken to make chicken Crispy. Marinate the chicken in salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli sauce, lemon juice, egg, maida and cornflour. First deep fry potato sticks and afterwards fry marinated chicken strips and keep them aside.
In a pan take oil and add red chillies and chopped ginger-garlic. Saute well and add capsicum and stir well for about three minutes. Now add schezwan sauce and little water and let it boil.
Now add fried chicken strips and stir on high flame to evaporate water. When water gets evaporated, add potato french fries, mix well and serve hot.
For chicken crispy certain care needs to be taken. Cornflour proportion is very important. It should be perfect, otherwise, your taste may differ. Don’t overcrowd the pan while frying. Give a gentle pat, so that cornflour sticks to it. Flipping Should be done once while frying. Otherwise, it may list the urb crunchy coating. You can dry-fried strips of chicken on a wire rack.
