First, prepare the dough to roll it to an oval-shaped even layer and it should be a little bit thicker. Simultaneously you can prepare potato stuffing using boiled potatoes, spices, chopped ginger-garlic, hing, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala salt, etc.
