Ingredients you will need:
1 ½ liter full-fat milk
1 cup of sugar
5 drops rose water
150gm basmati rice
A handful of dry rose petals
Method:
On a low flame, boil the milk and add condensed milk, sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce it to a thick consistency, and then add the basmati rice.
Cook until the rice is tenderly soft, and then add some rose petals and rose water.
