Take a look at the steps to make fresh Poha.

Ingredients: One and a half cups poha, chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves, half a teaspoon of mustard seeds, a pinch of hing, turmeric powder, peanuts, citrus, and salt as per taste.

Procedure

Firstly soak the Poha in water for 3 to 4 minutes. Then rinse the poha and drain the extra water. Also, keep in mind that Poha should be slightly moist.

In the next step, sprinkle salt in poha, mix it well and keep it aside.

Now heat the non-stick pan with oil on medium flame. Then add mustard and cumin seeds to fry lightly.

Then, add onions, curry leaves, and asafoetida and then saute for minutes.

Decrease the flame and then add turmeric and pour; mix well.

Turn the gas to simmer. Now let the poha simmer for a few minutes. It should be soft and light.

Now add peanuts and hing and then saute until it gets prepared.

At last, now, turn off the gas. Serve it with cilantro and citrus juice. To make it more delicious, add sev and papad.
