As usual, it’s a three-step pizza. The first step is dough and base preparation, the second step is sauce preparation and the last one is top up.
For better preparation of dough, flour, and water mix separately, and afterward in warm water add olive oil, sugar, and yeast. Combine well and add it to the flour mixture. Mix and keep it overnight. From this dough make a base in the oven.
Pizza sauce preparation is also an important step. To do pizza sauce saute the chopped garlic in olive oil and cook until it becomes soft. Add crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Now take the base made earlier, and evenly spread enough of the pizza sauce on the pizza base to cover fully. Now evenly top with the grated fontina cheese, torn mozzarella cheese, and half the grated Grana Padano cheese.
Bake the pizza until the cheese is melted and the crust becomes golden brown. Wait for some time and cut into pizza, as it will give the cheese time to set slightly and make it more comfortable to slice.
