This recipe is full proof easy. No requirement of an ice cream maker or any complicated things to make this delicious yet easy recipe!

This vanilla custard powder ice cream recipe is one such easy and very delicious, soft, and creamy recipe of all time. It is great for summers and can be easily made up at home.

INGREDIENTS
2¼ cups milk, full cream, ¼ cup sugar, 2 tbsp custard powder, vanilla flavored, ¼ cup thickened cream / Amul cream, a handful of tutti frutti / any dry fruits

INSTRUCTIONS

The first step, in a large Kadai, cups of milk stirring vigorously. Now add in ¼ cup sugar and stir well to combine well.

A further step in a small bowl, dissolve 2 tbsp custard powder in ¼ cup milk. Stir it well to get lump-free custard milk prepared in the cup.

Lower the flame, add in prepared custard milk in the cup, stir continuously, avoid the curdling of milk, or creating lumps.

Keep stirring until the milk thickens as required. Now keep aside to cool completely.

In another bowl take in ¼ cup thickened cream / Amul cream and beat it with a whisk or hand blender until you achieve stiff peaks.

Add the beaten cream in prepared custard milk once it is cooled completely, mix making sure the custard milk and whipped cream is combined if required beat it with a hand mixer to make it more creamy and great in texture.

Add tutti frutti / any dry fruits in the mixture and mix well.

Transfer the prepared mixture into popsicle molds and cover the lids and pop in the freezer for 7-8 hours or until it is settled.

Once done, remove from the freezer and dip the popsicle mold in hot water for 10 seconds, so that it is easily removed.

Finally, serve custard popsicle or custard ice cream and enjoy the summers with the delicacy.
