* Cut all vegetables of your preference like baby corn, cauliflower, capsicum, cabbage, carrot, etc. into thick stripes.

* Add ginger garlic paste, maida and cornflour, salt, black pepper, and MSG and mix all well for preparing the batter and keep it aside.

* For sauce chopped garlic and ginger, chopped celery, chopped spring onion, chopped green chilies, soy sauce, red chili sauce, and tomato ketchup as well as salt and pepper for taste.

* Put oil in a pan and deep fry the batter of vegetables and keep it aside.

* For sauce heat oil in a pan and then add ginger, garlic, celery, spring onion, and green chilies and saute for one minute.

* Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, and tomato ketchup as well as salt and black pepper and saute for about 30 seconds and saute. Add all the fried vegetables and mix well. Your veg crispy ready. Serve it hot!!
