You can combine creamy yogurt and tahini, which gives a good flavor that goes well with sweet potatoes. Here we look at how to make roasted cauliflower and sweet potatoes for munching.

INGREDIENTS:
* Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into a cube shape.
* Cauliflower, coconut oil.
* Smoked paprika, sesame seeds.
* Quinoa.
* Red onion, lemon, and spinach leaves.
FOR DRESSING.
* Yoghurt and tahini.
* Grated lemon and juice.
* Snipped chives.

METHOD.
* Preheat oven to 200C.
* Place sweet potatoes and cauliflower in a roasting pan.
* Warm coconut oil and combine with the smoked paprika and drizzle it over sweet potatoes and cauliflower.
* Sprinkle sesame seeds over it and stir well to coat.
* Roast for about 20 minutes, until it becomes brown.
* Place quinoa in an oven-proof dish along with vegetables and roast it.
* Remove quinoa from the oven and put it in water and boil until it becomes tender and water is absorbed.
* Cool it and keep it ready for dressings along with onion and lemon juice.
* Place roasted vegetables in a large serving dish, add do dressing of spinach, quinoa, onion, and any juices.
