Not all fruits are consumable during cold and cough, take a look at the fruits you should avoid during these days.

What if you see someone sneezing around you??? Well, nowadays it’s become evident that people can’t stand someone having a cold or cough around. And for sure everyone must take care to avoid even viral infections leading to cough or cold. Due to the virus creating havoc around, I am sure each one will surely avoid these fruits during viral infection pertaining to cold and cough.

1)Banana:

Bananas have numerous health benefits and are available throughout the year. Most people eat bananas during breakfast or after lunch and dinner. But this fruit has to be consumed when you are totally fit and fine. Banana triggers the release of histamine, which is what you have to avoid when you are ill. Also, the high content of sugar can lead to inflammation and decrease your immunity to fight the infection. So although you are a banana lover do avoid it.

2) Strawberries:

Well, who on earth doesn’t like strawberries??? But this superfruit isn’t safe to eat when you’re sick. Strawberries are histamine releasers and this causes discomfort in your nose and sinus area. This histamine boosts mucus production which causes congestion.

3) Papaya:

Well if you think this fruit is safe and it’s okay to eat during the days my friends you are wrong. Think again while consuming papaya. Papaya is as well a strong histamine releaser which should be avoided for further nasal infections.
