1) SINGLE LEG RAISE.

*Rests on the back with leg straight. Slide one foot forward with the goal that your knee is at a 90-degree point.
* Raise your opposite foot until the thigh matches the angle of the opposite thigh.
* Get back to beginning position and repeat.

2) BODYWEIGHT SQUAT.
This is one of the best exercises for the core, quads, and lower body.
* Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and keep arms on your hips.
* Push your hips back, as you are sitting on the chair by keeping the core tight and chest up.
* Stop when thighs are parallel to the ground and stop for a while and back to starting position by pushing through your heels.

* Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, holding the dumbbells and pushing the limits.
* Step forward with one foot, pause for a moment and then take lunging steps with your opposite foot.

* Stand straight and arms in front of you for balance.
*Make a major move to the right bowing your right knee.
* Squat down the agreeable extent or your thigh corresponding with the ground.
* Return to the beginning position and rehash on the opposite side.

5) BOX JUMP.
It’s a great exercise for developing power in your lower body. It also helps you to tone your quads.
* Stand straight, bend your knees and powerfully swing your arm forward, and jump upwards onto the box.
* Land with a slight bend in your knees. Jump and repeat.
