We usually put lots of effort into maintaining our body by exercising and eating healthy food. One area we normally forget is the jawline. Is there any exercise to get rid of this issue? The answer is yes. There are a few facial exercises available. Here we look at five facial exercises to get a perfect jawline. These exercises not only will help you to have a better jawline, but also relief from neck pain, headaches, and jaw pain.

NECK CURL UP.
Lie down and press your tongue on the roof of the mouth. Bring the chin to your chest and lift your head about two inches. Ensure not to lift your stomach or poke your chin out. Do three sets of ten repetitions.

VOWEL SOUNDS.
Do this exercise by saying O following by E. This will target the muscles around the mouth. Exaggerate sound and do three sets of around fifteen repetitions.

COLLAR BONE BACKUP.
By keeping your head level with the floor, bring it back a few inches to allow the throat muscles to contract and relax. Start with three sets and gradually increase for better results.

TONGUE TWISTER.
Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and put pressure. Do humming and vibrating sounds to activate muscles. Do three reps of fifteen.

CHIN LIFT.
This is the best exercise for your chin and to get a perfect jawline. Close your mouth, push your lower jaw out and lift your lower lips. Pressure should be on the jawline. Hold for a few seconds and release and repeat.
