5 Healthy Juicing Recipes To Detoxify Your Body

Detox drinks are gaining fast recognition to prevent toxic overload in our body. The detoxifying drinks help in the process of detoxing that helps the vital organs clean themselves.

Here are some to detoxify your body:-

1. Orange Carrot Juice: Ingredients:- 1 large carrot, 2 oranges, 1\2 inch crushed raw turmeric, 1\2 inch ginger, 1\2 lemon.

Procedure:- 1. Make juices of orange and carrot separately in a juicer.

2. Add the juices together into a blender and also add turmeric and ginger to it.

3. Blend for atleast 30 seconds. You can even squeeze 1\2 lemon to it.

4. Strain and serve it.


2. Lemonade: Ingredients:- 4-5 Whole lemon, 3 bunch of mint, 1\2 cup of honey, some crushed ice.

Procedure:- 1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and blend.

2. Take out in a glass add some more crushed ice.

3. Serve chilled.


3. Cucumber Mint Detox Juice: Ingredients:- 1 cucumber, mint leaves, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, ice cubes, chilled water, lemon rings and some mint leaves for serving.

Procedure:- 1. Blend the peeled, chopped cucumber with mint leaves and some water.

2. Strain and avoid taking pulp.

3. Add lemon juice and a pinch of salt if needed.

4. Pour in a glass, add ice cubes with lemon rings and some mint leaves.


4. Pomegranate Juice- Ingredients:- fresh leaf aloe vera, beetroot, pomegranate seeds, black pepper powder.

Procedure:- 1. Take pure aloe vera gel.

2. Add pomegranate seeds, beetroot and blend.

3. Add some black pepper and serve.


5. Coconut water with lemon-mint- Ingredients:- Coconut water, mint leaves, 1 tbsp honey, lemon juice.

Procedure:- 1. Add the water to a glass.

2. Take the coconut pulp and chop it finely and add to coconut water.

3. Now, add mint, honey and lemon juice.

4. Serve it.
