BALAAM YOGA MUDRA (RUBBING NAILS).

The process of rubbing your nails against each other is very beneficial for your hair health. This is the easiest and most comfortable way and needs to practice it for about 15 minutes every day. This yoga helps stimulate the blood flow to your scalp, reducing health issues dandruff, and premature aging. Just you have to curl your fingers inwards towards your palm. PARVATASANA OR MOUNTAIN POSE.

Exhale and lift your hips gently and straighten your elbows and knees to adjust posture. Press your hands into the ground and stretch your neck. Hold for a few seconds and then bend your knees to return to the table position.

VAJRASANA OR DIAMOND POSE.

You have sat on the floor straight. Stretch your leg and keep your spine erect. Your heels should be together. Fold and keep both legs under thighs. Sit in a relaxed position and in and out deeply. This is the only asana that can be performed after meals. Vajrasana improves your digestion and nutrients supply is good for your hair cells and your hair health improves.

UTTANPADASANA OR RAISED FEET POSE.

Uttanpadasana helps your blood circulation to the scalp, which is beneficial for weak hair follicles. Also, it helps in reducing brittleness and dryness.

SHASHANK ASANA OR RABBIT POSE.

This is an important yogasana for your scalp. It helps relieve stress and tension. It helps you for better sleep, which subsequently is essential for healthy hair growth.
