Pros of Fitness Tracker-

1. They make you move- Many people get into step-functions through the fitness tracker. Cons of Fitness Tracker-

1. They are not always accurate- Many researches found that the fitness trackers were not accurate. The device sometimes doesn’t display the accurate heart rate.

2. There is a little drop of rate- We set goals and when we are unable to mark them up, we often give up with the fitness challenge.
