What is your cheat food?

I am a big-time foodie and I love exploring different cuisines since my childhood. There isn’t a single cheat food for me. I love momos, pani puri, noodles, and South Indian food. But if I had to choose one, then it would be momos. I am such a big lover of momos that I can eat 5-6 plates of momos in a day.

Favourite exercise?

I love doing cardio, core, and back exercises. I like strengthening my core muscles.

Fruits or juices?

It would be fruits!

Stairs or lift?

It depends! Sometimes, if I feel I am bloating, I choose stairs, otherwise, I use a lift.

Yoga Or Weights

During Lockdown, I gained some extra kilos, and at that time there was no accessibility to the gym, so I did jumping jacks, cardio, and core exercises at home to keep myself fit. I have not done yoga during lockdown but I have started doing it recently.

It can’t be a single thing. You have to do multiple things to burn calories, like weight lifting, yoga, exercises, and many more.

One tip for everyday fitness

Consistency and discipline is the tip I would love to give. According to me, the important thing is to stick to your schedule and give time to your body (do exercise or yoga or anything you like) because if you have a good metabolism rate, then you will have a balance in your life.
