Your blood pressure depends on how much blood your heart is pumping, and how much the blood flows in your arteries. Here are ways to avoid it:

1) Eat more foods containing potassium like-

Fish, bananas, oranges, avocados, apricots, low fat foods such as yogurt and milk,

vegetables – Tomatoes, spinach, sweet potatoes, potatoes, green leafy vegetables, beans.

2) Eat garlic extract supplements

3) Eat High protein foods like –eggs, beef, chicken breast, kidney beans, nuts, peanut butter, oat meal.

4) Medicinal herbs such as ginger root, umbrella tree bark, sesame oil, black bean.

Eat less processed food, stop smoking, reduce stress level, reduce your salt and oil intake.
