The purpose of exercise for you is:

It’s like a meditative process for me. I am doing it for so many years. That’s the lifestyle that I have. It relaxes me. My training allows me to get on with the day to day work. It is not about how you look, it is about how you feel

Fruit or juices:

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

I get up early, I go for my training, come back, have delicious breakfast – Spinach Smoothies, Porridge with Almond Butter, Papaya, Multigrain Toast and I take my day forward

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

In my house, I used to have these extension ropes. It is called Resistant Bands. It is easy to lock it up at any place, and train. It helped me a lot during the lockdown. Also skipping helped me

Yoga Or Weights:

I want to try Yoga. I do Weights. But I like more of the Circuit Training and Cardio

Walking or Jogging:

Jogging

Your take on health supplements:

You should have health supplements. Protein is good for health. It is made in a diluted way which your body can absorb easily. If someone says, it is bad, that is wrong. I take plant-based proteins

Best way to burn calories:

If you do every body part well, you burn calories. But if you work more on thighs, it will definitely help you to burn more calories

Your take on six-pack abs:

It is hard to maintain. You need to eat less and stay hungry.

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

The goal is that I want to feel light. I used to box, I hope to start it again. What I like to believe is that I want to do what I am doing. I implement it on myself every day. I do not follow a very hardcore diet, but I have a good diet. I do sweat a lot when I work out. So I want to keep doing what I have been doing.

Your tip to daily fitness:

Get up and go, do it!! It is in your hands. You need to be disciplined about your workouts.
