Fitness goals are achieved to a great extent by TV celebrities. Most of them have a regimented way of working out and taking up to Yoga or any other form of exercise to give their body the best of shape. We look at the fitness goals achieved by Sanaya Irani, Drashti Dhami, Reem Shaikh and Shrenu Parikh and how they have mastered the art of staying fit. They are so inspiring that one can learn the tips of fitness from them.
Sanaya Irani takes to workouts and exercises like none other. She gives a lot of prominence to a regimented workout pattern and believes in keeping in pace with it.
Drashti Dhami can do anything and everything for fitness. Her fitness videos where she is exercising, lifting weights, working out are available and in fact, do rounds on the internet.
Reem Shaikh is a teenager but has learnt the importance of being fit at an early age. She works out a lot and hits the gym on a regular basis. She sweats it out to look her best.
Shrenu Parikh is a devoted person when it comes to maintaining high levels of fitness. She is outstanding in yoga, exercise and even meditation. All this has kept her grounded and in great stead.
