What does fitness mean to you in one line?
Fitness means respecting my body and making my mind happy.
Who is your fitness inspiration?
Everybody has a different body shape and I’m aware that my body could never shape up like anybody else’s and vice versa so I couldn’t give a name of who I’d like to look like but I can say I’m inspired by those who stay healthy and grow older and fitter, as they’re a big motivation and give me hope that when years go by I’ll still look better and better. Like Suniel Shetty for example.
Are you a diet person?
I have healthy food as a lifestyle and I am a vegetarian. I constantly try to keep a low carbs intake, but wouldn’t call myself a diet person. This is my lifestyle, I have never weighed my ingredients.
What is your cheat food?
When required then I’ll have some yogurt with chia seeds and honey. And when I’m traveling I’ll have cheesecake once.

What is your morning routine?
I have hot water with lemon, I practice some pranayama and I start my day
