Ray quoted, “There are many effects of sugar on a human body’s metabolism. Excessive consumption of sugar, sweets or beverages will lead to weight gain and also increase the risk of blood sugar levels and heart diseases. I suggest everyone cut off sugar from their diet and replace it with jaggery.” He further added that tempting food tastes good but are not healthy, whereas healthy foods might not be tasty for the tongue but are healthy for the human body.

As far as exercises and workouts are concerned, Ray has been doing a variety of workouts including circuit training, functional training and calisthenics. To all the beginners, Ray wants them to at least start with jogging or any physical activity. “From the 24 hours in a day, I am sure that anyone and everyone can at least take out 45 minutes”, he added. In San Diego, Ray has made an excellent contribution to fitness, and he was earlier awarded for his 1000+ calorie-burning RW3 Boot Camp.
