Not my exercise, anything other than that

Jogging

Yoga Or Weights: 

Definitely weights, I am not a yoga person

I am not taking any supplements right now. I believe in covering all of it through food

Best way to burn calories:

Do HIIT, Cardio or Skipping

Your take on six-pack abs:

I believe in exercising regularly

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I don’t want to be a skinny person. But I want to be a fit person.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Eat properly, sleep properly, drink properly and watch your diet
