Supplements are for muscle repair after a heavy workout. My take on it is that it gives you a kind of protein intake, at the same time repairs your body too

Best way to burn calories:

Early morning hot water with a pinch of salt, honey and lemon

Your take on six-pack abs:

You have to maintain six-pack abs on a day to day basis. People like us with a TV daily routine, do not get the time to achieve that. I will rather believe in having a fit body

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

Right now, I want to keep myself fit to have a good lean physique.

One tip for everyday fitness:

It is better to have a brisk walk. Play some music and go for a walk or jog.
