Your favourite cheat meal?
I have a sweet tooth. So, basically, anything be it Indian mithai, specially rasgulla,rasmalai or pastry, ice creams. So no regrets after eating your favourite thing once in a while.
I like lifting weights and doing cardio sometimes. I believe increasing your strength will make you fitter and not just cardio. Doing Biceps is my favourite.
What is your morning routine?
It starts with lukewarm water and a cup of tea. After that, a bowl of muesli and a scoop of protein shake.

Stairs or lifts?
Preferably stairs but end up taking the elevator. (ROFL)
One tip for fitness?
One should try eating a balanced meal that has enough protein carbs and fats. Everything is important. Don’t skip your workout.
