Cheat Food:

Something sweet mainly cake and icecream

Favourite Exercise:

I love full-body workout. If I have to choose my favourite, it would be training my arms, biceps triceps and shoulders

The purpose of exercise for you is:

I want to lead a healthy life. For me, fitness does not mean a good body. I should be energetic all day, with full stamina throughout the day. I need to lead a healthy life and feel young even when I am old

Fruit or juices:

Fruits

Stairs or lift:

Stairs, but that depends on the level of exertion I have given my body. I would say stairs once a day

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

Meditation for 10-15 minutes, jogging combined with walking for 20 to 30 minutes

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

200 squats and 200 pushups with variations just to keep my body in shape

Yoga Or Weights:

I love both, but I love the pain that weights give me. It is a sweet pain (smiles)

Walking or Jogging:

Mix of both

Your take on health supplements:

I don’t want to say. I was a user of health supplements, but I am over it now. I believe in a natural diet, balanced diet with fruits

Best way to burn calories:

Try to keep yourself busy. Even if you are sitting and doing nothing, keep your fingers in motion. Every activity you do needs energy and burns calories

Your take on six-pack abs:

If you have it, it is good. If you do not have it, it is not the end of the world

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

As an actor, I would love to stay in shape and look young all my life. So these are the goals. I need to be there for my family when they need me.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Wake up any time, but be consistent in going for a 30 minutes walk or jogging. Watch out and eat
