For this smoothie, you’ll be needing 2 pomegranates, 500 g of watermelon, 2-3 sticks of celery.

Wash all the fruits well and then peel and remove the seeds from the pomegranate (tip- cut the pomegranate into 4 quarters, turn them inside out and then remove the seeds). It’s fine if you get some white matter in your juice as it contains a natural anti-viral compound. Then chop the watermelon into tiny pieces. Put the chopped slices of watermelon, pomegranate, and celery in a juicer. Juice all the ingredients and pour them into glasses with some ice.
