We often take Mindfulness and Meditation the same and use it to mean the same. But in truth, they are both different, Mindfulness is being aware and Meditation is what keeps our mind at peace.

Mindfulness can be practised anywhere. Being able to differentiate in things, being able to understand and looking for what’s happening around is the best example of being mindful. 

Mindfulness comes as a form of clear mind meditation. Mindfulness always includes being able to pay attention and be aware of thoughts, feelings, behaviour. 

Mindfulness goes with being aware of everything whereas Meditation is being aware of nothing that’s going around. Make your mind stable is what mainly done while meditating. 

Meditation only focuses on natural rhythm and your breath. Meditation can have a great impact on bringing peace of mind and keeping you mentally healthy.
