Payal Ghosh's Daily Meal Plan Will Shock You

The Indian actress, Payal Ghosh has appeared in several television shows and movies, over the years. From English to regional language films like Kannada, Bengali, and Telugu, she has appeared in all. No doubt, Payal Ghosh has maintained herself well. She is very much conscious about her health and fitness. The actress has been seen having a strict diet plan as well.

The actress said to thehealthsite.com that she drinks two glasses of warm water with a pinch of Haldi and ginger powder. Then, she eats walnuts which are soaked overnight. She eats an apple or a small bowl of papaya and a vegetable juice, after an hour of sipping on her morning coffee. After two hours, she consumes paneer bhurji, or egg bhurji, or fried chicken with palak or dudhi soap. Again after two hours, she takes buttermilk with a spoon of flax seeds. Payal Ghosh takes on drinking green tea throughout the whole day. In the evening she eats dry fruits – two dates or walnuts or almonds.

As per several reports, Payal Ghosh has also got a Mediterranean diet recently. She said, “I have taken to this diet and my body is taking time to get accustomed to it. Being a Bengali girl, I always had a sweet tooth but I can’t have any (sweets) during this diet, which is a huge challenge. I am trying to enjoy it. I would not let my director down on the day of the shoot at any cost. It’s been a long time coming. My energy system is changing though. I feel more agile and energetic. I will come out with details about this project soon.”
