Fruit anyway but not anytime. Only in the day

Lift anytime. Not that crazy.

Vitamin c, Apple cider vinegar and lemon and after 15 min 2 whole egg omelette

A good stretch

I follow everything which is required; the only thing I want to conquer is to be consistent.
One tip for everyday fitness:
Don’t sit idle for a long time. Stretch or walk while talking, as physical activity is a must.
