The actress is a fitness freak to the core. And whenever she has time on hand, she does not miss out on hitting the gym and working on her body.

What is your cheat food?

Gol Gappas and other chaat items are my all-time favourite.

Favourite exercise?

Treadmill- any day, any time.

Your best morning routine will comprise of

It’s pretty basic, actually. It goes like waking up, brushing my teeth, washing my face, using a good moisturizer and a sunblock. And then I either have coconut water or some fresh fruits. And after about half an hour, I have my breakfast which consists of something light like idli, upma or an egg sandwich.

Fruits or juices?

It actually depends on the time of the day. In the morning, I’m good with fruits, but in the evening, I prefer juices.

Stairs or lift?

Lift, because this one time I took the stairs and I slipped, and I hurt my tailbone really bad. So, no more stairs for me!

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

As you all know, I have started working out during the lockdown, and I have indulged in a lot of Yoga- so that was my favorite. And pretty much all exercises that would consist of me using my Yoga mat.

Yoga Or Weights

Since I was at home during the lockdown and didn’t have access to the gym, I’d do Yoga. But I think weights work better for me.

Your take on health suppliments

I don’t take any health supplements, nor do I want to. I think if one eats right, and stays fit, that’s more than enough to get all kinds of nutrition through good food.

Best way to burn calories

I think that’d be shopping. Because I tend to walk a lot from store to store while shopping. And also, I think I burn a lot of calories on vacations because I’m not the kind of traveler who’d just stay in a hotel. I like to do sight-seeing, etc.

One tip for everyday fitness

To eat right, and to stay active. For instance, if you have to go somewhere nearby, you can walk up to the destination instead of using transport. So, little changes like this make a lot of difference.
