I don’t take any, but if your body needs it and if a doctor prescribes it, then I think one should. Different bodies need different kinds of attention. (But anything to lose weight is something I wouldn’t recommend)

One tip for everyday fitness

Eat fiber, drink water and acknowledge the growth your body shows each day. Appreciate yourself for the effort you put in, that will motivate you to not give up.
