As per TOI food, Hrithik’s breakfast is protein shake, four egg whites, brown bread along with multivitamins

For lunch, Hrithik prefers 50-60 grams of chicken breast along with steamed fry veggies and his favourite is broccoli. Throughout the day, he consumes 8-10 egg whites with an interval of 2 hours between every meal.

For dinner, it is about 60 grams of roasted fish (salmon or sea bass) along with steamed vegetables.
