What is your morning routine?

I begin my day by drinking a warm glass of water empty stomach and then I opt for a 15 minute cardio session. Nothing refreshes you like getting some exercise early in the morning.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

My favourite lockdown exercises have been squats and lunges. These have really worked wonders in helping me keep my body toned. Planks also work great.
