The purpose of exercise for you is:  

Being fit and fresh for the camera. It also brings a great level of discipline in my everyday life.

Fruits  

Stairs or lift:  

Depends on which floor do I have to go to and how much time I have to get there 

Your best morning routine will comprise of:  

Strength training followed up with 30 minutes of swimming  

Your favourite lockdown exercise:  

Running  

Yoga Or Weights:  

Both serve a different purpose. If you have an injury-prone body, yoga can be great to heal as well as build stamina.   

Walking or Jogging:  

Jogging   

Your take on health supplements:  

We must include it in your diet if you are not getting the required nutrients from your daily food intake.   

Best way to burn calories:  

Strength training mixed with cardiovascular exercises. Keeping a strict tab on your diet is important.   

Your take on six-pack abs:  

Let that not be your prime goal. If you are training correctly and eating mindfully, all is well. Six pack abs is incidental.   

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:  

Need to be careful of my injuries and do more recuperative work so as to get better results.  

One tip for everyday fitness: 

Concentrate only on the small everyday fitness goals. It will help you achieve the bigger fitness goals that you have set out to achieve. Don’t do long term harm to yourself for short term results. Do take a few sessions with a fitness trainer to avoid injuries.
