Puneett Chouksey who is very much known for his portrayals in Naati Pinky Ki Love Story, Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki etc works extremely hard on his body and maintains high levels of fitness and diet regime in his day to day life.

Cheat Food:

If you talk about cheat food, there is not one which I can name. There are many choices, especially Aloo Ke Parathe, Dal Baati and so many things in sweets

Favourite Exercise:

There is no specific exercise that I prefer. But if you talk about it, I will name Suryanamaskar, which gives a whole body workout.

The purpose of exercise for you is:

To keep myself fit. I am not fond of coming up with a bulky body.

Fruit or juices:

Anytime, fruit I will say. One should avoid juices. The best thing is to eat the fruit raw as it has a lot of fibres.

Stairs or lift:

I prefer the lift. I am not a stairs person. If it is one or two or three floors, I prefer to go by stairs

Your best morning routine will comprise of:

I drink a lot of water. I drink black tea and honey with a little bit of lemon in it. After that, I have my breakfast

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

Suryanamaskar and Jogging

Yoga or weights:

I do gymming, so I prefer weights. But Yoga is also very good for the body

Walking or jogging:

Midnight walks are very good. But I prefer jogging

Your take on health supplements:

I think a few are necessary. It should be health supplements and not steroids. If you are working out a lot or having a hectic schedule, you tend to miss out on a proper diet, health supplements help

Best way to burn calories:

I prefer gymming

Your take on six-pack abs:

Six-pack abs are way too hyped. For normal people, it is not necessary. It is really hard to maintain when you have it. People tend to take in a lot of chemicals which is not healthy at all. I will say actors can opt for a flat stomach

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I just want to keep myself healthy, look young

One tip for everyday fitness:

Diet. If one can follow a healthy diet, to up to day 70%, you need not work out and manage your body well
