Varun Dhawan is one of the leading Bollywood actors. The actor stole a million girls’ hearts with his debut movie, Student Of The Year. With his height, smile, and chiseled features, he is a distinct-looking hunker.

From his style to his smile, everything about this man is drooling-worthy. He can make any girl go weak on their knees. An interview revealed that Varun engages in a workout routine for about 1.5 hours, four to six times per week, depending on his schedule.

His workout routine consists of a combination of Pilates and weight training to strengthen his body and improve his agility, flexibility, balance, and stability. Varun enjoys eating an omelet, oatmeal and whole-wheat grain sandwich for breakfast.

He likes to have brown rice, three chapatis, broccoli, and baked chicken for lunch. Whenever he feels like having a snack, he usually eats lotus seeds, papaya, and bananas, or drinks a protein smoothie.

He usually has a light meal for dinner with plenty of mixed greens and grilled fish.
