Exercise plays a vital role in your overall fitness level and flexibility. Most adult women have cellulite problems. Although it’s impossible to get rid of it completely, you can do a few things to minimise its appearance. Few exercises will help get rid of cellulite and here look at five exercises.

1) GLUTE BRIDGE.

This is a good exercise to get rid of cellulite.

* Lie on the floor and bend your knees and arms on your sides and palms facing down.

* Inhale and raise your hips by engaging core, glute and hamstring.

* From upper back to knees form a straight line.

* Return to starting position after pausing.

2) SQUAT JUMP.

* Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.

* Squat down with your arms coming out in front of you.

* While rising, jump and bring your arms down to assist the movement.

* Land safely and repeat.

This exercise also will help you get rid of cellulite.

3) LATERAL LUNGE.

This is also considered to be the best option for getting rid of cellulite. Later lunges help you with quads and glutes also.

* Put right food on the bench and lift your left knee toward the sky.

* Lower your left leg down stepping backwards to the starting position.

* Once your left foot reaches the floor, lunge backwards with your right leg. Return to start.

4) SQUATS.

The normal squat exercise is also good for women to get rid of cellulite to a certain extent.

* Stand with legs shoulder-width apart.

* Do squat by taking a position like you are sitting on a chair.

* For balancing raise your arms and come back to normal position.

* Repeat squats for better results.

5) STABILITY BALL HAMSTRING CURL.

This exercise requires a stability ball and it’s better to exercise to get rid of cellulite.

* Lay on your back and keep the stability ball underneath your lower legs and feet.

* Press hips up off the floor from upper back to feet to form a straight line.

* Pull your heels towards your butt until your feet are flat on the stability ball.

* Return to straight body position.

Those were five exercises to get rid of cellulite in women.
