Shagun Pandey who was recently seen in the Zee TV show Tujhse Hai Raabta has a great physique and loves his exercise and workout schedule.

Cheat Food: Since I stay alone in Mumbai, my cheat food out here is Yellow Dhal, Rice, Roti, Hari Mirch ki Chutney, Achar

Favourite Exercise: I like all the exercises, but chest and biceps are my favourite.

Fruits or Juices: Both

Stairs or Lifts: Stairs, I have no problem taking the stairs.

Your Best Morning Routine Will Comprise Of: Hot water followed by apple cider vinegar to start the day. I then eat oats and eggs. Later I workout and then take coffee or tea

Your Favourite Lockdown Exercise: I have been doing all exercises at home. I have worked on my chest, biceps, triceps, legs and cardio

Yoga Or Weights: I will take the weights as I have not explored yoga

Your Take On Health Supplements: It is important to consume good and original supplements

Best Way To Burn Calories: It is important to avoid eating the unnecessary calories. One can burn calories by skipping, cycling, running, jogging

One Tip For Everyday Fitness: Make sure you eat right. I believe in having a control of the white food items I eat. I avoid the intake of ghee, salt, sugar, white sweets etc that contribute to calories
