It is almost the dream of every girl to gain a perfect pear-shaped body. It is not always possible to hit the gym for everyone for various reasons and so here we are with a few exercises that you can try to get a pear-shaped body.

1. Step up with knee lift and bicep curl:
a. Stand with the step in front of you and keep your feet about a shoulder fit apart. Keep your backs straight with dumbbells in both hands.
b. Keep your left foot on the step.
c. Try putting all your weight on the left foot and bring your right knee to your waist level as you engage your abs.
d. Step back and repeat the exercise on the opposite side.
e. Do at least 15 reps on each side.

2. Push up with leg lift on stability ball:
a. Lie face down on the stability ball and keep your hands handed down.
b. Start walking forwards with your hands. Let the ball roll down your body until your shins are resting on it.
c. Make sure your wrists are beneath your shoulders and your legs and back are straight just like the starting position of the push-up.
d. Lowers your body on the floor. Push your elbows out and contract your abs until your arms are parallel to the floor.
e. Get back to the starting position and engage your glutes to raise your right leg above the ball.
f. Lower your legs onto the ball and repeat the push-ups. Keep your left leg raised this time.
g. Repeat about 12 times on each side.
