Lift because I workout enough. On days where I don’t, short flights of stairs are good.

Best morning routine is butter coffee and chilling with my daughter Lianna.

Your favourite lockdown exercise:

Walking, weights and yoga too and when bored, followed Youtube for some great workouts.

I don’t use, but I don’t judge those who do.

Best way to burn calories:

Skipping, dance and a lot of cardio.

One tip for everyday fitness:

Workout every day, even if for 20 minutes do it…Keep yourself active and eat a lot of greens and salads.
