According to the Center for American Progress, “women now make up half of all workers in the United States, with nearly 4 in 10 homes having a mom that is also a working mother.” Being a mom who works a full-time job, is really tough! First, we applaud you, darling! You are doing a great job! But if you are wondering how to keep the balance between your kid and work, well, here are the ways that could help you:

1. Stop panicking, Luv! You are doing great! Just great.
2. Don’t feel guilty, let go of it. Don’t think that you aren’t giving enough time to your kid, rather organize some good productive classes for your kid, keeping his/her choices in mind, to keep your kid busy with his own world.
3. Find good caregivers!
4. Keep your mornings easier for you and your child, keep the breakfast simple and portable, pack your kid’s school backpack in the night.
5. Keep a family calendar.
6. Talk to your employer always, let the airflow!
7. Schedule for special occasions and creative activities with your kids.
