Travel by plane, car, or boat – What do you like?
It does not matter how I reach as long as I am walking wherever I am. I would love to drive to wherever I want to go, but obviously, some places are very far. But what I love the most during travel is to walk and explore
Your most memorable travel was:
I don’t think I have had that yet. I am waiting for that memorable travel moment. I cherish every second that I am out there in the world exploring places. But I don’t think the memorable travel trip has happened yet. I am waiting for that.
Your favourite travel buddy:
I have just been going alone. But one of my solo trips was when my friend Meiyang Chang showed up. He was a very good person to travel with. Traveling with people is very different. When Chang and I went during New Year’s, it was amazing.
Styled Up or Casual during travel:
I just carry casual outfits, not styled up at all. A pair of hoops probably
Your top three traveling essentials:
Power bank, lip balm, comfortable shoes and maybe sunglasses
Land, Hills or Beaches – your preferred choice:
I am a mountain person actually. But I have started to realize that I love the oceans as well.
Do you prefer solo travel or with someone else:
I prefer solo travel. But I am looking forward to finding the life partner who also loves to travel. I cannot wait to explore the world with that life partner. If not, I am happy traveling solo
Any road trip experience:
My road trip experiences are always good because I am the one in charge, driving. I love driving and I can drive 16 to 18 hours straight. I am planning a road trip next week and again next month.
Dancing, singing or eating – your favorite habit during travel?
The best thing to explore when you travel is to taste the local food. You will never find me at a restaurant in the bigger cities. You will find me trying the local food, and street food. I don’t think I have ever entered a restaurant during my travel, even when I am traveling internationally. I start dancing anywhere, and with my headphones on, I love singing too.
Favorite travel memories:
I went to shoot in Scotland last year during the pandemic. I had no expectations of anything. I went there and came back with a family that I never thought I would ever make. I had the best time in Scotland, and it was a special thing that happened to me. It turned out to be a very long stay in Scotland. But it was all worth it.
Before that, I had a bad day on my birthday. I went to Universal Studios and wanted to be on the rollercoaster on my birthday. But I was late and had only a few hours to explore. I took an express pass and went from one ride to the other at full speed and finished the whole park in less than four hours. Later, I went to Sentosa Beach, and was having my beer and chicken. I looked up to see the big fireworks happening in the sky. It made me smile and my birthday was made.
