Akshay Kumar and co., comprising of an extremely talented ensemble cast of Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menon and Vidya Balan, are currently gearing up for their next big release titled ‘Mission Mangal’. The movie is based on ISRO’S mission to Mars, which was successful and totally changed India’s dynamics towards science.
The team has currently been very busy with the promotions of the movie and the ensemble cast has been doing its best for the same. The movie marks Nithya Menon’s Bollywood debut, although she has been a really established name in the south film industry.
We have often heard from the star cast of the movie how Akshay Kumar pulled pranks on each and everyone on sets during the shoot. From tying each other’s pallu with themselves to joking around Nithya on anything regarding the south film industry, Akshay seems to have done it all.
But today, he has done something really good for his Mission Mangal ladies, like taking them all out for a drive.
Sonakshi, in a series of Instagram stories, shared snippets of the fun the team had when Akshay took the driver’s seat to set the fun tone alive.
Well, it looks like the fun quotient is really high with the Mission Mangal team. Here’s wishing them all the best for the movie. The movie is slated to release on 15th August, Independence Day, which co-incidentally also marks the 50th year of ISRO.
