To play Shanaya in her debut film, Alia lost 20kgs in six months. She took it as a challenge and hit the gym three-four days a week. From cardio to exercises, she worked hard and took extra efforts to stay fit and eat healthy. Not only this, she even attended regular dance workout and practiced yoga diligently, for the overall wellness of the mind and body.
To make the process better, she has regulated her diet to exclude all the fatty food and includes vegetables and meat. She had eight small meals a day, along with a detox meal, to get healthy and get in shape. Finally, she is setting goals for all young women in the industry with all that she has achieved and looking at how ravishing she looks, we dare any woman to not be inspired!
