Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi has been hitting the headlines; starring Alia Bhatt, the movie narrates the tale of Gangubai, a female gangster. However, as reports have been out, it is said that there was a demand in the script, for a tender love scene between Alia Bhatt and her on-screen lover, Shantanu Maheshwari, who is also a popular dancer.
However, keeping the covid pandemic in mind, SLB has dropped the intimate scene in the film to avoid any kind of physical intimacy, as mentioned in Bollywood Hungama.
A source close to the same above web portal, said, “I guess it’s better to be safe than sorry in these troubled times. Physical intimacy would definitely be avoided in Bhansali’s shooting. He will find another way of showing a romantic closeness.”
