Did You Know Akshay Kumar Had Auditioned For Aamir Khan Starrer ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander’ But Got Rejected?

Akshay Kumar, the Khiladi Of Bollywood had once auditioned for Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander, starring Aamir Khan, however, eventually got rejected, for the role of the film’s antagonist, Sekhar Malhotra. Later, the next month he bagged himself a hit, “Khiladi” the following month.

However, it isn’t just Akshay Kumar, but also Deepak Tijori who also auditioned for the role along with Kumar got rejected, but later got the chance.

Speaking on that, he said to ETimes, “Akshay Kumar and I went for the same audition and we were both rejected. So, I was not to be a part of ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander’. 75 per cent of the film was already complete when I joined them; Milind Soman had shot for the film, not me.”
