Salman Khan, the B-town hunk has been pretty busy shooting for his next movie, Tiger 3 in Russia along with his co-star Katrina Kaif. A while back, for one of his movies, the politician Shashi Tharoor was offered a role. While the politician didn’t reveal too many details behind the story, he did reminisce about the moment of the offered role in an interview a couple of years ago according to a Times of India report.
Back in 2018, Shashi Tharoor had revealed that he was offered the role of a foreign minister in Salman’s movie according to the same report. He never dropped the name of the film or the director but he did add that he would always cherish the moment even though he did end up refusing the offer.
He said that a friend of his had told him, ‘If you want to be the foreign minister, don’t play the foreign minister.’ And the advice made sense to the politician so he decided to back out of the offer.
Salman Khan is pretty busy with his current project Tiger 3. The actor didn’t just shoot the movie in Russia. The shooting also took place in Turkey and Austria according to a Times of India report. Other than Tiger 3, Salman also has Kick 2, Bhaijaan, and Antim on his list of upcoming movies. He will also make an appearance in Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha and Shah Rukh Khan’s movie, Pathan.
